This note explains how the project inquiry form handles your details.
When you send an inquiry
The form sends the name, email address, project description, and optional details you provide to the website’s server. The server emails that inquiry to info@earnedframes.com. Your details are used to respond and discuss your project.
Email and hosting
The website and email providers process information needed to deliver your inquiry. Messages may remain in the studio’s mailbox as part of the correspondence. If you choose “Email me a confirmation,” we also send a receipt to the address you provide. You can reply to that email to continue the conversation. No marketing subscription is created by submitting the form.
Spam prevention
A temporary session cookie protects the form and helps prevent duplicate submissions. A short-lived, hashed network identifier limits repeated attempts. The form does not upload footage, take payment, or save your message in browser storage.
Other site features
Fonts and media are hosted with the site. Your play/pause motion preference is remembered for the current browser-tab session; inquiry details are not stored with it. There are no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting providers may keep technical access logs. Instagram has its own privacy practices when you follow a link there.
Questions or removal requests
Email info@earnedframes.com to ask about an inquiry or request removal of information you shared. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in the form.
